How do I book a transfer?

Booking is easy! Simply visit our booking page, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your date and time, choose a vehicle, and complete your booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation via email and SMS.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we also accept same-day bookings subject to vehicle availability. For peak seasons and holidays, booking 48-72 hours ahead is advisable.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Yes, you can modify your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup. You can change the date, time, or add passengers through your booking dashboard or by contacting our support team. Note that changes may affect pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash payment to the driver, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and online payment via PayPal. You can choose your preferred payment method during booking.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees! The price you see during booking is the final price. This includes all taxes, tolls, and standard waiting time. Additional charges only apply for extra services like child seats, meet & greet, or extended waiting time beyond our free allowance.

Do you require a deposit?

For cash payments, no deposit is required. For prepaid bookings, full payment is processed at the time of booking. We offer a flexible cancellation policy if your plans change.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations between 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable. See our full refund policy for details.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Do drivers track flight arrivals?

Yes! For airport pickups, we monitor your flight in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge. We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time for airport pickups.

Are child seats available?

Yes, we offer infant seats (0-12 months), child seats (1-4 years), and booster seats (4-8 years) for an additional fee. Please request them during booking to ensure availability.

What if my driver is late?

We guarantee punctuality. Our drivers arrive 15 minutes early. In the rare event of a delay, we'll notify you immediately and offer compensation. You can track your driver's location in real-time through our app.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Yes! During booking, you can choose from our fleet including sedans, SUVs, minivans, and luxury vehicles. Each vehicle type shows capacity and features to help you choose the right one for your needs.
