1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Morocco Transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

My Morocco Transfer provides airport transfer and private transportation services across Morocco. Our services include:

• Airport pickups and drop-offs
• City-to-city transfers
• Private car hire with driver
• Hourly rentals

3. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings must be made through our website, app, or authorized channels
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email/SMS with a booking reference
• You must provide accurate information including pickup location, time, and passenger details
• For airport pickups, you must provide valid flight information

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices include standard tolls, parking fees, and waiting time as specified
• Additional charges may apply for extra services (child seats, meet & greet, etc.)
• Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or online payment methods
• Prices are subject to change without notice; however, confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted price

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. In summary:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
• 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before pickup
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup

6. Passenger Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
• Provide valid identification if requested
• Treat the vehicle and driver with respect
• Not smoke, consume alcohol excessively, or engage in illegal activities
• Ensure children are properly secured in appropriate seats
• Not transport dangerous or illegal goods

7. Our Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicles
• Employ professional, licensed drivers
• Monitor flights for airport pickups
• Provide agreed waiting time free of charge
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

8. Waiting Time

• Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from flight landing
• City pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time from scheduled time
• Additional waiting is charged at the rate specified in your booking

9. Luggage

• Standard luggage allowance is included based on vehicle capacity
• Oversized luggage must be declared during booking
• We are not responsible for damage to poorly packed items

10. Liability

• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Our liability for lost or damaged belongings is limited to proven negligence
• We recommend travel insurance for all passengers

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Agadir, Morocco.
