Cancellation Refund Schedule

Refund amounts are based on how far in advance you cancel:

Cancellation Time	Refund Amount
48+ hours before pickup	100% Full refund
24-48 hours before pickup	50% Half refund
12-24 hours before pickup	25% Partial refund
Less than 12 hours	0% No refund

How to Cancel Your Booking

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method
• You'll receive an email when the refund is processed
• Bank processing times may add 2-3 additional days

Special Circumstances

No-Show Policy

If you don't show up for your scheduled pickup without cancelling, no refund will be provided. We wait for 60 minutes at airports and 15 minutes for city pickups before marking as no-show.

Cancelled by My Morocco Transfer

In the rare event we need to cancel your booking (vehicle breakdown, emergency, etc.), you will receive a 100% refund regardless of timing, plus we'll help arrange alternative transportation.

Flight Cancellations

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, please contact us immediately with proof of cancellation for a full refund or free rebooking.

Natural Disasters / Force Majeure

In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions that prevent travel, we offer full refunds or free rebooking.

Booking Modifications

• 2 free modifications allowed per booking
• Modifications must be made at least 12 hours before pickup
• Date/time changes subject to availability
• Price differences may apply for route or vehicle changes
